We were very excited to bring back our popular “Planes, Trains, and Traveling Chefs” dinner series for a third year. Participating chefs included some of the hottest chefs in the United States who cooked with our chef Shane Ryan. Each dinner consisted of six courses with chef Shane and the guest chef alternating each course and collaborating on one.
“It’s always great to welcome talent from around the country and entertain them while introducing the chefs to all the awesome ingredients the Seattle area is known for during the best time of the year,” said chef Shane Ryan. “It’s an exciting weekend that culminates in a seriously epic dinner. It will definitely be another summer filled with great food and fun.”
